The present study was carried out understanding the reading strategy and library usage among faculty members of Government Engineering college, Bharuch,. This study evaluates the 76% are ‘Male’ 50% of the faculties were in age of 30-40 Years, 85% of the respondents are representing ‘Assistant Professor’. It observed that the faculty members are always prefer to read “Subject Books”, highest respondents’ purpose of reading is ‘For research purpose (seminar/conference/Journal Publication)’ most of the respondents spent less than one hour for reading . Majority of the respondents fully satisfied the availability of reading materials in Central library.
