The availability of needed books and other reading materials is critical to students, effective use of library resources and facilities. In order to suit students' educational and learning needs, the library at Bangalore institute of technology college must provide creative need-based library services. The main purpose of this study is to find out how to Post graduate and undergraduate students use library resources and services. For this study, the examiner used a survey method and an investigation form to collect primary data from the students.
