This paper deals with the job satisfaction of the public library professionals in Kerala. A study on the level of job satisfaction is conducted and findings of the study are discussed in detail in this paper. A total of 75 responses were collected and analyzed. The results throw light on the various factors involved in job satisfaction of library professionals in Kerala.<
